Returns are NOT Accepted

Due to the nature of our products BBK does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any orders unless wrong item is sent or your package was returned back to our store due to invalid address.

Replacement items may be offered if the item is damaged or defective due packaging issues. 

Order Cancellation and Refund

Please note that all sales are final. No cancellation are allowed at this time. Be sure to double check the information is correct before confirming your order. If your address is incorrect send an email with your order information to shop@bodibykamiyu.store as soon as possible. 

If your order was returned due to invalid address you will be refunded for the items(Does not include  Shipping fee)

How to request a replacement

You can request replacement via email ONLY if items are damaged or defective. When requesting a replacement please be sure to include your name and your order number in the email.

Replacement policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, a replacement is no longer available.
